The Telltale Signs

Most mobile homes are set on concrete structures such as blocks, runners or pillars. When a mobile home is newly set on this foundation leveling is important in order to reduce stress and distribute the weight evenly across the base of the home.

When a mobile home has been on these concrete foundations for a very long time, some shifting could occur and you will notice things like windows, cabinet doors, and closet doors don’t close correctly or stay shut. You may also see cracks in the walls, flooring or ceiling. These are all indications that your home may have shifted, and you need a pro like Jack’s Mobile Home Service to re-level your mobile home.

The Level Process

We will inspect your home by checking the pressure points under the home to see if they are level. Once we know where the dips are, we can then lift the home and begin the process of leveling the home in those trouble spots. Once the home has been returned to level, there may be some settling at first, but the result will be a newly re-leveled home. Call us today if you suspect things aren’t level in your home.
